My family and I have lived in the greater Seattle Area for the last 35 years and watched first hand as things started to change. I know this market, I love this market. Whether you are looking to list your home, buy your first home, upgrade, downsize, build a custom home, or build an investment property portfolio, each experience can be unique and require a different approach. While I have personally done all of these things, I find that the most important thing I do is simply give my clients the attention they deserve. If you need something done, I am here to help. Need a good painter? I am here to help. If you need to find an emergency plumber, I am here to help. If you watch a lot of HGTV and want to flip a house! I am here to help. I love Real Estate, and I am here to help you. Let's chat about how I can help you.

Buying a home is a journey. There are several paths we can take to get you where you want to go. I want to hear about all your specific needs and wants. Having lived all around Seattle for the past 35 years, my neighborhood knowledge is helpful to determine where your dreams intersect with reality! I have helped clients find "the one" on their first tour, and I often begin the planning process with my clients a year or more before they make their first offer. Even though it can feel like this market is hard to navigate, with the right guide by your side, we can get you those keys to your new home.
The process of selling your home is fluid and has many moving parts. There are many questions that need to be answered in order to determine the best path for you. What is the market like right now? How does my home look? Does it need work to sell for top dollar? Do I need to replace that carpet?! Where will I live next? What is the best path to get there? These are just a few of the questions that can drastically affect your specific experience. When you hire a real estate agent, you are not just hiring someone to put up a sign and take some pictures. You are hiring someone to become the guide on your path. We help determine the best way to prepare your home to hit the market. We help determine timelines and prepare estimates for work needed to be done. We advise homeowners on the best use of their budget to maximize their return. We have a huge network of trusted contractors, excellent stagers that can make your home shine. We help determine the best pricing strategy to get you the most for your home. Now that we are ready to list, we implement an aggressive marketing strategy on multiple platforms to get your home ultimate exposure. Custom websites, 3D virtual tours, professional photography, social media marketing blasts, mailer campaigns, a good agent uses them all. Click any of these recently sold listings for an example of our work. We will work for you to get you the most money for your home while also making the experience seamless and manageable.
Mark was a tremendous asset when helping us purchase our Sunset Hill home in early 2019. His knowledge and experience gave us great confidence and he was wonderful to work with - always reachable and never annoyed by our continuous questions. My wife and I are relatively experienced in the market and wanted to take a fairly aggressive approach on the negotiation - Mark never tried to talk us out of any decision but was a great guide and helped us secure the property that we now plan to live in for many years to come. If/when we do look to purchase again in the future, we hope Mark is still available.
My family has had many experiences working with a wide variety of buying and listing agents. However, out of all our experiences Mark was extremely professional and perhaps our favorite one to work with. He is smart, but more importantly he is extremely hard working, and will work extra hours for you all the time. Currently he is continuing to assist us after our home buying processes with our remodeling contractors. No matter If you are new home buyers or veteran home buyers like ourselves, Mark will be a extremely valuable resource and a top pick for you.
We cannot say enough positive things about Mark! We started out with another agent who was quite good, but he didn't seem to have enough time for us. When we switched to Mark, we could see how invested he was in helping us find a home within our short timeframe. He was incredibly responsive, whether it was text, phone call, or email. We were open to living in several neighborhoods and checked out our options in each. Mark can be a tough with negotiator (on both sides). But we ultimately made an offer on a house under asking, and negotiated an even lower price after our inspection, thanks to Mark's advice and guidance. He's also just a caring and fun person to be around. We highly recommend Mark!
Mark was instrumental in getting our offer accepted by the seller in a competitive environment. We were one of three bids and we came out on top. I called Mark on a Sunday at 2pm after seeing a house. By 5pm that same day Mark and my lender had put our offer package together. He has amazing responsiveness, and he's great at understanding the context of the deal and negotiating on his client's behalf. I wouldn't have a new house without him. I'll be using Mark for my next purchase or sale.
Mark is a caring and incredibly professional agent which I have had the pleasure of working with. He treated my family like we were part of his family, he spent time getting to know myself and kids. Mark particularly took the time to find out exactly what my wife and I were looking for and he delivered more than what we expected way below the price that we could afford. We loved the fact that he listened to us, and the suggestions which he made were awesome. While just looking, he spoke to several different people just to find out about the area, the builder of the home, and the location for us. He even went as far as doing research on finding the best schools in the area for my daughter to attend. All through the home purchasing process, he treated us like we were purchasing a multi-million dollar home, he explained everything that he was doing and things that we would need to do in a way that we could understand it. We never had to call him just to find out what was going on, he always kept us informed. Even though we knew that he is a busy man, he took time out of his day to inform us on what was going on. Upon closing, Mark made sure that he was here with us to receive the keys and walk through the home to make sure that everything was the way that we wanted it to be. He even helped us unload the car which was awesome, and he wouldn't leave till the car was unloaded which is awesome. Mark is a great and wonderful person, and I don't just consider him a real estate professional, but also a friend.
I had no idea what to expect when I decided I wanted to be a homeowner. I reached out to Mark to get the process started. He was amazing from start to finish! He was incredibly responsive and frequently checked in with me just to make I was confident with every step. Thanks to Mark's communication and diligence I had a stress free experience and he found a condo that was perfect for me! If you want an honest and responsive agent; Mark is your man!
Mark has been my agent on both selling a home and buying one. It’s been great working with him. He’s motivated to make sure his clients are taken care of. The documentation process was so smooth, and he is well connected with contractors in all parts of both the home buying and home selling process. Fantastic to work with!
