Your Real Estate Guide

About Me

My family and I have lived in the greater Seattle Area for the last 35 years and watched first hand as things started to change. I know this market, I love this market. Whether you are looking to list your home, buy your first home, upgrade, downsize, build a custom home, or build an investment property portfolio, each experience can be unique and require a different approach. While I have personally done all of these things, I find that the most important thing I do is simply give my clients the attention they deserve. If you need something done, I am here to help. Need a good painter? I am here to help. If you need to find an emergency plumber, I am here to help. If you watch a lot of HGTV and want to flip a house! I am here to help. I love Real Estate, and I am here to help you. Let's chat about how I can help you

Please navigate below to see some examples of my work and to see some of my most trusted vendors. There are some other useful resources that can help you get started.

Buyer's Agent

Let's find you a home!

Buying a home is a journey. There are several paths we can take to get you where you want to go. I want to hear about all your specific needs and wants. Having lived all around Seattle for the past 35 years, my neighborhood knowledge is helpful to determine where your dreams intersect with reality! I have helped clients find "the one" on their first tour, and I often begin the planning process with my clients a year or more before they make their first offer. Even though it can feel like this market is hard to navigate, with the right guide by your side, we can get you those keys to your new home.

Listing Agent

Mark Bensadon

The process of selling your home is fluid and has many moving parts. There are many questions that need to be answered in order to determine the best path for you. What is the market like right now? How does my home look? Does it need work to sell for top dollar? Do I need to replace that carpet?!  Where will I live next? What is the best path to get there? These are just a few of the questions that can drastically affect your specific experience. When you hire a real estate agent, you are not just hiring someone to put up a sign and take some pictures. You are hiring someone to become the guide on your path. We help determine the best way to prepare your home to hit the market. We help determine timelines and prepare estimates for work needed to be done. We advise homeowners on the best use of their budget to maximize their return. We have a huge network of trusted contractors, excellent stagers that can make your home shine. We help determine the best pricing strategy to get you the most for your home. Now that we are ready to list, we implement an aggressive marketing strategy on multiple platforms to get your home ultimate exposure. Custom websites, 3D virtual tours, professional photography, social media marketing blasts, mailer campaigns, a good agent uses them all. Click any of these recently sold listings for an example of our work. We will work for you to get you the most money for your home while also making the experience seamless and manageable.

My Areas

Ballard
A fun, active neighborhood filled with craft restaurants and breweries, boutique shops and farmers markets. Access to waterfront views, Golden gardens beach, the Ballard Locks and more, Ballard is truly one of Seattle's gems.
Queen Anne
Close to downtown, Queen Anne is definitely one of Seattle's more coveted neighborhoods. Queen Anne Avenue offers a variety of options from casual dining, to the most exquisite fine dining in the city. Shops, bakeries, coffee and everything Seattle. In the shadow of the Space Needle, Queen Anne is a great place to call home.
Magnolia
What a terrific neighborhood! Filled with great parks, viewpoints, trails and more. A mix of new development and old world charm gives you a variety of options to choose from. Can't miss Discovery Park for the views, and the lighthouse, as well as the promenade of the Magnolia Bluffs to soak in all the sights. Magnolia Village is loaded with shops, cafes and eateries, excellent school districts and really a great vibe throughout.
GreenLake
Green Lake is a highly coveted North Seattle neighborhood filled with activities for all. Jogging, walking, rollerblading or biking around the lake is a common pastime. The Lake is surrounded by eateries, bars, and shops, water activities and playfields. Close to downtown Seattle, this is another of Seattle's best neighborhoods.
Ravenna
Located in NE Seattle, Ravenna is a great neighborhood rich with history and style. Central to all the Seattle hotspots, Ravenna is just north of the University of WA, and recently completed its Light Rail stop for convenience to downtown, the airport and more.
Fremont
A glorious centrally located Seattle neighborhood. Near the Fremont bridge, you will find tons of shops, activities, night life and culture. Known as the "center of the Universe" Fremont is one of my all time favorite locales.
Maple Leaf
Another great neighborhood in NE Seattle. Great schools, local eateries and pubs, access to I-5 and mass transit, and lots of neighborhood charm. Check out the Reservoir and Maple Leaf Park equipped with play structures and even a zip line for kids (and adults!).
Pinehurst
A wonderful community I like to call home. Local businesses are friendly and plentiful! Lots of new developments in this area. New Seattle Kraken skating rinks are coming soon and the light rail station opens in 2022! Great parks, schools and just a lovely neighborhood vibe. Easy access to transit makes it easy to get to where you need to go.
Shoreline
Situated just North of Seattle, Shoreline is becoming one of the hottest areas. Also easy access to I-5, more and more local businesses and shops as well as new development of the Light Rail has been affecting home values for the last 5 years. Great school districts, amazing parks and commerce.
